Diesel
All hire boats are provided will full fuel tanks and must be returned full at the hirer's expense. Fuel can be purchased from the boat yard upon return.
Water
Please be advised that the water supplied in the domestic water tank on all of our boats is not suitable for DRINKING WATER. Therefore we suggest that you purchase drinking water in bottles.
Electricity
The majority of our boats are fitted with 240v inverters, allowing our customers to use mains appliances. Please see each boats individual web page to see what is included.
Flushing toilets
Each boat is fitted with a fresh water flushing toilet(s) which will be empty upon collection, and emptied upon your return to the yard at the end of your holiday.
Galley
Each boat is fitted with a fully functional and practicable galley including sink/drainer, fridge and plenty of storage and work top space.
Central heating
Each of the boats are fitted with full gas central heating and the Phantom, Phoenix, Pippin, Summer Wine, Prince and Princess have the addition of a solid fuel stove.
Each boat has hot and cold running water supplied to each basin and sink.
Inventory
Our boats are complete with full inventory needed to make your holiday complete. To name but a few are Cutlery, crockery, bed linen, towels, TVs. Each boats inventory differs slightly and this is outlined on each web page detailing our boats.

here Please note: The collection time of all short breaks and weekly hire holidays is 3pm. Customers are welcome to arrive from 1.30pm and we will endeavour to get them aboard their boat and away on their holiday ASAP. The last show round is conducted at 4.30pm as the boat yard closes at 5pm. Customers arriving out-of-hours are asked to contact the booking office in advance to arrange key collection and a show round of the boat will be conducted after 8.30am the following day (or as agreed) when the boat yard reopens.
All boats are to be collected and returned to the premises of Norbury Wharf Limited at Norbury Junction, Staffordshire on the date and times stated in the booking confirmation.
There are no variations to these conditions.
