Boatyard and booking office OPEN 8.30am to 5pm every day. 

 

Tearoom OPEN 8.30am to 5.00pm Friday to Monday and 10.00am to 3.00pm Tuesday to Thursday. 

 

The welfare and safety of our team members and our customers is our priority therefore PLEASE DO NOT VISIT OUR SITE IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF CORONAVIRUS. 

 

Hand Sanitiser is available around the site, and we encourage all customers to use the stations regularly. 

 

NHS Test and Trace app – Although it is no longer compulsory, we will continue to display the NHS Test and Trace poster and all customers are welcomed to scan the QR code to check-in to our location. 

 

Day boats and Hire boats – There are no restrictions on the number of people or households able to mix on a boat. Therefore each of our boats can run at capacity. We will continue with a limited show round process and we ask that both staff members and the nominated steerer wear a face covering during the show round. Any Hire Boat booking which is affected by a national or local (ST20) lockdown will be offered an opportunity to take the holiday at a later date during 2022 or a full refund. 

 

Tearoom –Customer’s are encouraged to order inside the tearoom at the counter. When inside the building we ask all customers to wear a face covering. A protective screen will remain in place at the counter. 

 

Gift shop and Chandlery – We will continue to ask all customers to wear a face covering when in our shop and Chandlery. The protective screens will remain at service counter. 

 

The Shropshire Star (passenger trip boat)– 42 seater passenger trip boat. Cruises will commence from March 2022. All customers with postponed bookings from 2020 will be contacted in due course during the next few weeks. 

 

Boat repairs and Wharf Facilities – Our docks and workshops are running at full capacity. Where close contact is unavoidable, we ask all customer’s and staff members to wear a mask and sanitise their hands as required. 

 

With all transactions card payments are preferred, but cash will be accepted if necessary. 

 

Dogs must be kept on a lead and under strict control at all times. 

 

Children are welcomed, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

 

Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided. 

 

Please be assured that we will be keeping all of our operations under constant review and we will make amendments to improve our service to our customers as and where necessary.
